1. Service Scope

YummyStation primarily operates as a digital ordering system for on-premise food courts. We do not currently offer off-site home delivery services unless explicitly mentioned on the stall's menu page.

2. Delivery Method (Counter Pickup)

Most orders are for "Self-Pickup" at the respective food stall counter. Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification on the app. You are required to show your Order ID/Token at the counter to collect your food.

3. Delivery Timelines

Food preparation typically takes between 10 to 25 minutes depending on the complexity of the dish and the current queue at the stall. Estimated wait times are displayed during the ordering process.

4. On-Table Delivery (Optional)

If "On-Table" delivery is available at your specific food court, our staff will deliver the food to your table number provided during checkout. This is only applicable within the food court seating area.

5. Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for being present at the food court to collect their orders. YummyStation is not liable for cold food or order disposal if the customer fails to collect their order within 30 minutes of the "Ready" notification.
