Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

As we deal with fresh food preparation, orders once placed and accepted by the stall cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel an order, you must do so within 60 seconds of placing it, provided the stall has not started preparing the food.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • The ordered item is out of stock or unavailable.
  • The stall is unable to fulfill the order for technical or operational reasons.
  • The order was cancelled by the administrator or the vendor.

3. Refund Process & Timelines

Once a refund is initiated, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI).

Standard Refund Timeline:

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days business days as per bank norms.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The customer provided an incorrect phone number or contact details.
  • The customer failed to pick up the order from the counter within a reasonable time.
  • The customer dislikes the taste or preparation style of the food (as taste is subjective).

5. Contact for Discrepancies

If you have been charged for an order that was not fulfilled, please contact our support team immediately with your Order ID and payment receipt.
